When Do You Lose Weight Easiest/most?

Over the winter, summer, spring, fall?
Because for me, I think I lose weight easiest/most during the summer, and gain during the school year..
I'm guessing it's because I don't have school stress & can eat whenever I feel like instead of set times during the school day?
And I didn't really exercise that much, but I lost like a little over 15 pounds two summers ago, and then 5-10 this past summer.
Sadly, I gained those 5-10 pounds back over the school year =( Trying to lose that & more again this summer.
But when do you guys think you lose weight & why/how?

it sucks though cuz i get dark in the summer T____T

I'm a girl and I usually tend to lose weight during the school year, especially when I'm in PE.
About 2 weeks into PE is usually when I lose weight again and maintain it.
I usually gain about 5 pounds or so during the summer, because I go overboard with junk food.
Plus I'm too much of a bum to excercise. [Hoping to kick that bad habit and be active this summer!]
Usually I lose weight when I'm stressed, because sometimes I don't really have an appetite.

Ohh I don't have "bad skin" so idk about the clearing up
But I WISH I could get dark over the summer!
Omg, I'm SO white-skinned and it's SO hard for me to get any darker.
I just get dark for like a week, and then my skin peels off & I'm back to my whiteness. Hahaha.

Ohh that's interesting. I'm in PE but we don't do much REAL workouts/exercising so it's doesn't make too much of a difference.
I think I gain weight because of stress, I eat more/get more of an appetite.
Haha sometimes I wish I could lose weight over the school year, too. Hahaha.

ooh that's not very healthy.
anyway, you should definitely try eating as healthily as possible, even during the school year!

but if you're lazy and eat then thats different. My teacher said losing weight depends on the climate and stuff too.
when i was vacationing in vietnam last summer
i lost like 15 pounds i was eating and stuff too but was mad sweating cause it was so hot.
The food wasnt that much healthier either

But for seasons.. Spring for me.
Maybe in the summer, but I haven't really tried that yet. Not the fall, because I'm busy adjusting to school so I don't have time to exercise and be concerned over my weight. and DEFINITELY not the winter - never. That's when I gain the most weight
yeah.. lol.

cuz i'm normally busy & eat less.
when i'm at home (weekends, holidays etc)
i eat a lot more -.-
