Losing Weight From Today Until June 21 2008! im lackking so much motivation!

im about 5"2 108 (gained after i lost) and my goal weight is 95-100.
i eat about 1500 a day and exercise for 1hour everyday
please help me get more motivated!
also if you want to lose weight with me, ur more welcomed to if u want
****also i hav a question, how much does 1 ice cube burn cuz i luv eating them and was curious^^"*********
ok so today is day 1
morning-half a muffin
lunch 3/4 of turkey/lettuce hoagie
snack 1 and a half muffin
dinner-rice w/ other things
drinks- water/milk
exercises- walking (whole day)
jump roping (1 hour)
jogging in place(30 mins)
stretches after them
current weight- 108
goal weight- at least 100
(ill check how much i lost by tomorow)
ok so please help me have some motivation

negligible. don't depend on ice cubes to help you burn extra calories. plus, chewing on ice cubes are bad for you. causes gum damage and microfractures in tooth enamel.
you should look at the 'inspiration' thread... goodness... those girls are HOT! just keep 2 things in mind...
1. you can have that kind of body too [you absolutely must believe it]
2. in order to do it, it takes time and discipline and a solid plan

i also try to eat 1500 cal. and exercise for about an hr or so.
I started to lose weight since the beginning of may this yr. so about a mon. almost!
i started as 105 and now im 96-97 goal: 90
can u also post how many cal. for the food u ate. For each food?
So, this is wat i ate today~
breakfast: 1 cup milk 100 cal
1 cup cereal 140 cal
10 strawberries 60 cal
lunch: IDK CUZ SCHOOL LUNCH..eww mozzzzzzzerella sticks i guess about 600 cal or more?
snack: grapefruit 120 cal
cookie: 90 cal
dried raisins 30 cal
apple 70 cal
corn: idk cal.
sweet potato: 110 cal
Today i was stressed out so i ate a lot!!!!! i ate more snacks than listed. i like constantly ate, so i gotta skip dinner x[

anywho i wish you luck.
keep in mind to eat SMALL portions through out the day to keep your metabolism high. you don't want to slow it down. which means no skipping meals! You should lift some weight and challenge your body so that your body tries harder each time. It is more effective that way.

i'm 123ish right and 5'3" ,, kinda overweight i guess?
i don't really have a plan on eating cuz even if i do make one i can't keep myself from keep on it
so i juss plan to walk for an hour or so every night
but i do watch what i eat and how much of it i eat

There is no need to make a seperate thread. Instead, you can keep track in there, get tips and get motivated/motivate. :D
Edit-
Holy sheet. I just posted that before actually reading your diet plan.
I am around 5"2' and I weigh around 120, which is pretty average for the height.
Being around 95-100 is very unhealthy and unnecessary. Just check your BMI.
Plus, you eat more earlier in the day than later in the day to burn it off, using it as energy.
And um, you do stretches before you exercise. I motivate you not to diet.

recently i've just been eating less. i think what works best is to eat a large breakfast so you don't get too hungry or tempted to eat crappy foods during lunch, and then eat a small and healthy dinner before a certain time (say, before 5 pm or 6 pm) and then let your body digest the food you ate for the rest of the night until the next morning. if you get hungry during the time your body's digesting the food, i suggest drinking water or some healthy drinks (not coke or sprite, even though carbonated drinks makes you full faster) or eat some fruit because fiber fills you up quickly.
...anyway...this is the regimen i've been following for now..and it's been working thus far, which motivates me to continue it. the point is, don't end up over-exercising or starving yourself in order to look good. set a reasonable weight loss goal and don't get too crazy with it.

I'm skinny, but I exercise to maintain that, I don't starve myself, hell I pig out lol
anyway, I suggest substituting the muffin for sth else
a salad maybe? Muffin's have more calories than you think.

2500 is ALOT. That's for grown MEN, not girls.
I don't know how old you are so I just put in 18 and said you exercised 3 times weekly (i have no idea you can put it in yourself later)
Maintenance:
1683 Calories/day
Fat Loss:
1347 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:
1010 Calories/day
1300 seems like a good number... if you go below 1200 your body starts to hold onto fat rather than losing them because it thinks its starving and must conserve evergy.

also i luv ice cubes so i was wandering if theyre really bad for u...
o yea so this is todays
DAY 2
i pigged out just a sec ago cuz i was so hungry (ill try to control it tomorow)
breakfast- cereal-200 half milk/half cereal
lunch- hoagie:turkey lettuce onions -- only 200 cuz i eat like half of it cuz its disgusting (school food...)
snack=like so much food cuz i lacked motivation=[ about 600calories-_- and juice 120cal
for dinner its rice and other ill try eating 200cal for dinner
and i drink milk and water afterwards...
exercises- walking
jogging for 45-1hour!!!! need to burn after that huge snack^^
jump rope 15mins
stretch after and before them
crunches 500
jumping jacks 500
dancing (cRaZy) xD 5mins
Current Weight : 107 pounds (lost one thi morning^^)
Goal weight: 95 pounds (im about 5"1 1/2 -5"2)=]
12 more pounds to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you exercise.. you should get 1500 minimum, but vary between 1500~2000 calories depending on how intense your exercise is. you will burn more fat this way.
most people would prefer to focus on the scales and fall into the mental trap that eating less + exercise = a healthy and sexy body, when in fact, all it does is get you a skinny and weak body that doesn't always look great.

current weight: 107 still =[ (i see difference in my body though firmer butt and flatter stomach and skinnier calves^^)
ok so i didnt have breakfast today cuz i had dentist in the morning and school and its wat i always do everytime i go to keep mi teeth cleaner^^"
lunch: hoagie turkey onions lettuce- about 250cal (didnt eat the whole whole thing^^)
snack- 2 poptarts which r in one pack (i feel guilty 500 cal=[...)
dinner- little rice and side dishes is my plan
exercises- 1 hour jump rope
1 hour jogging
15 min dance
500 crunches
500 jumping jacks
500 leg lifts and leg circles
stretches b4 each and after them
walk a lot
people plz suggest more quick exercises for me thx in advance
tomorow goal i wish i will be at least 106 lol xD
