agreed.
its just best to eat homemade foods rather then going outside to eat fast foods or restaurants (unless its those salads with no dressing added xD).
I don't like fast food that much (except for subway, but i'm cooling down a bit from them since their bread isn't really that "healthy")

no...1200 is the lowest you can go, so technically it is healthy.
and i think 2000 is a bit much...

1200 is not healthy, it's bare minimum. in fact most diets should stay above 1500. with proper macronutrient distribution

water and 4 piece nuggets HAHA
fortunately, my metabolism isnt half bad,
so im not stick skinny, but considering the
crap i eat everyday, im good
