OMG i just searched and a burger king small french fries is 400+ calories and a mcdonalds 1/4 pounder is 850 cal.
OMGGGGG SUCH SMALL AMOUNTS OF FOOD..WITH OHDEEEEEE CALORIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!
Ima never eat fast food or go to a restaurant again!!!

agreed.

its just best to eat homemade foods rather then going outside to eat fast foods or restaurants (unless its those salads with no dressing added xD).

I don't like fast food that much (except for subway, but i'm cooling down a bit from them since their bread isn't really that "healthy")

a 1/4 pounder from mcdonalds is srsly 850 cals? even without the fries? DAYUUUUUM.
and all this time i've been getting the DOUBLE quarter pounder. oh my goodness. well i try not to get fast food too much but i'll try to be even more aware now.

subway is pretty healthy for the most part. just high sodium in the meats.

no...1200 is the lowest you can go, so technically it is healthy.

and i think 2000 is a bit much...

1200 is not healthy, it's bare minimum. in fact most diets should stay above 1500. with proper macronutrient distribution

i eat mcdonald like obsessively O_O;
angus third pounder large meal w/ substitute
water and 4 piece nuggets HAHA
fortunately, my metabolism isnt half bad,
so im not stick skinny, but considering the
crap i eat everyday, im good biggrin.gif.
