Hey guys laugh.gif

Basically the whole reason I'm starting this thread is bc I'm getting depressed having a skinny body with no curves. I would love an hour glass figure but don't know where to begin. I know the korean hoop works well, but the problem is I'm unable to get one of those, so I was wondering are there any exercises I can do that targets the waist area, so I can get a nice curve?

I already have a very flat and toned stomach (my stomach is quite defined), and my thighs are tightening cos of the turbo jam I do. So basically atm, my whole body is getting quite toned, BUT despite my butt being toned, I still don't really have that big of a butt curve T_T (you know what I mean xD)
so are there also some exercises I can do that my butt somewhat bigger? I noticed that lots of soompi girls wanna aim for a stick figure, with no womanly curves, but I really find that unattractive =/
imo clothes look alot better on a toned and curved body.

I'm also very very lacking in my boob area, but I'm working on that lol.

anyway, help me out w00t.gif

thanks laugh.gif

oh btw, yes I know if my body is built as a rectangle, it's darn near impossible for me to actually become a 'real' hour glass, but one hopes that doing some exercises will somewhat help.

No? A gal can dream sad.gif

what happens if you meet a guy who loves you as a flat rectangle...

you do know there are guys like that...

anyway-- to get curvesyou need to eat a lot of food which is chock full of fertility stuff. rich foods. oysters, full cream ice cream, organic home made pasta, lean beed mincemeat spaghetti bolognese, hearty salads with lots of beans, live oil, tomatos... basically justa medtierranean diet -- go for olive oil a lot. eat a lot of cheese.

you will get curves so fast it hordes of horny western guys will chase you down.

I don't know if I'm right or not but whatever..
I think you have to be built to have curves, you can't get curves. [unless you undergo surgery or something]

Even if you ate all the fatty foods in the world, you'd be the kind of fat that's unpleasant.
Then you won't be a retangle you'd be a square.

For some reason, it makes sense to me. AHAHAHha.

The curvy boobs and butt, it depends on your gene, and you need to have the bone structures for it.

Boobs, butt = fat
So you can't go from having a skinny and toned body to a curvy hour-glass like Kim Kardashian's or Jennifer Lopez's w/out fattening yourself up

sigh...i guess no one in this world is ever happy with their figure.

but yeah, i agree about the bone structure thing. they have to curve at the right places and the right angles to get tt nice hourglass figure.

haha I've always been wondering about this. But I do agree that everyone has a certain body type and you can't really suddenly change from rectangle to hourglass. A lot of weight gaining is needed. ( I still can't gain the amount of weight that I want ) I can only bloat up and suddenly thin down again. It's very annoying.

For me I stood against a door and leaned on one side and touched my knee (or further) if you can.
I did it back and fourth 2 times a day for about 2 minutes and saw results in about a month. Im not sure if its just me though..

If your sore it means its toning up!

agree to some people above, to get curve, you have to gain some weight and also some gene factors...

try yoga or belly dance? it might help...

There are a lot of exercises you can do to "sculpt" your body. It isn't impossible to go from bone skinny to somewhat curvy (look at Christina Aguiliera - she used to be a STICK).
But yeah... you've got to put on some weight first.
And um... about the wanting a bigger butt thing, try jogging/doing a lot of squats.

Anyways, you should love your body. Theres nothing wrong with rectangles. Plus, theres a bunch of people who would kill to be one.

Your booty will be HUGE.
