Eat More And Lose More?

just now i've come up with a new thought. could it be possible to eat more food and lose more weight/fat. because i usually eat... probably around 1200 or less every day... and i dont really do it intentionally.... but i try to lose fat on my body but i dont lose fat. i excercise too. so i was wondering if eating more could lead to more fat loss because that would increase the metabolism....

what are your thoughts??

and how? well i'm a raw vegan so most of the foods i eat are mostly (in every meal) fruits and vegetables and occasionally whole wheat grain (sprouting, quinoa, millet, brown rice), nuts and seeds (for healthy oil fats mostly contain polysaturated *which is a good thing*) beans (garbanzo beans, black beans, lentils etc.) to complete my protein. I also intake on vegan rice protein powder to get some protein as well and its healthy since it doesn't contain no GMO, yeast, eggs, etc.

To me, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, sure it may sound a lot of carbs, but if you work it off you will lose weight. Seriously though being a raw vegan did change my life (mind, good skin tone, so much energy, and i tend to be more nice to people).

Many people will disagree with me but going raw vegan especially since i can eat all the fruits and vegetables (mostly leafy greens) and still live a healthy life. I managed to lose weight too to the point my dad keeps asking me how much i weigh xD. Because he can see that i did lose a lot, but for me I just want to be healthy.

or theres the other route.

some people reccomend eating 6 small meals a day every 3 hours since you will get enough of your protein and carbs. It also speeds of your metabolism to get it working everytime and exercising will help you as well.

you'd get sick of veggies before you eat enough to get in even 1200 calories worth.
eating more will boost your metabolism, and shifting your daily calories will keep your metabolism high, even on days when you eat less.
the poster above suggested 6 meals, but even for someone like me, 6 meals is hard to do.
i'd go for 4 or 5 meals. break down the day's meals into 4 meals, and let the 5th meal be a snack.
start with about 1600~1700 calories a day.
you'll likely gain a couple pounds in the beginning, but it'll get better after that.
measure your results and lessen your intake as necessary.

actually it is working.... lol i've lost like 2 lbs in a week.... YAY!!! HOPEFULLY ITS FAT THO!!!!
