anything with 30 grams of extra sugar is trouble lol. i mean, it's better than a lot of other stuff you could be eating, that's for sure. but compared to bran or just regular oatmeal, it's like ten times fatter x.x

ohmy.gif how do you eat 2 packets every morning?!
but anyway i think its kinda healthy, i mean its really high in fibre. and theres that smart selections thingy on it tongue.gif
haha but if you think its bad, then just try regular oatmeal (im not sure if you use milk or water, but milk tastes a LOT better - skim milk if you wanna cut back on the fat..) and then add some fruit (i like strawberries/blueberries) and maybe a drizzle of honey. it still tastes pretty good. i tried the maple n brown sugar one, and honestly its not that big of a difference, but then again maybe my like "sweet" taste buds are weird or something, cuz i used to eat REALLY REALLY sweet stuff...

i would suggest getting rolled oats and maybe a spoonful of honey instead.

No, unfortunately it's not healthy because it's full of sugar. Try eating just regualar oatmeal. It's not as tastey but it's a lot of a heck healthier than ingesting a bunch of sugar in the morning. Plus, sugar turns into fat =X.

Oatmeal is really good for digestion actually..
If it's too high in calories, you can buy the "33% less sugar" type - theyve got it in Maple & Brown Sugar I think ~
You can add some sort of low calorie sweetener if you like - but don't overdo that either =)

Oh also also ~ try adding fruit to your oatmeal so you'll be fuller afterward just one pack, and itll be healthier ^^

if it contains high fructose syrup then you know you GOT TO STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Normally, i would get 1 cup of old fashion rolled oats, 1 banana, 1 1/2 cup of water and microwave it for about 1 min and 50 secs. To me that taste way better than those "flavored" quaker oatmeals in this packages.

I just checked. Most of the carbs come from non-sugar material, which is good!
But just remember its not FRESH. . .
You should definately try actually cooking oatmeal and putting some fruits (someone suggested... I'm too lazy to scroll up XD)
the milk.. ahhh. thats something we have to cover girl.
