So i was wondering when it would be best to excerise.
I read that it you lose weight easier if you exercise in the morning.
Anyone know if this means before or after breakfast?
Or does exercising at night work better?

Nope, it wouldn't matter, calories would be burned off the same way; the excercise you do is what matters. It's best if you avoid eating right after you excercise cause 2-3 (iforgot) hours after you excercise is when you want to consume more calories. Watching what you eat is important too. Hope i helped.
edit - justa reminder if you didn't know; not eating like 3 hrs before you sleep can help too. yep. =] GL

It's actually better to eat right after you exercise because you're body still thinks it's exercising so you burn off more calories... Or so I've heard.

You burn the same calories whether you work out in the morning, evening, or night. Though it's best if you work out in the morning, and eat breakfast right after, and THEN you'll be more active and you might burn some calories in your everyday activities since you're more energized.

Exercising in the morning will cause you to lose more weight, as opposed to exercising after dinner.
If you exercise in the morning before you eat breakfast, you will burn the extra calories in your body, but if you exercise after dinner, you'll just burn those calories that you just ate... or at least that's what my track coach tells me

you mean, if you exercise in the morning, you're supposed to do it on an empty stomach, and eat your breakfast afterwards?
Whoops. i always eat breakfast before i exercise or else i won't have any energy to work out. :|

Go on a vegetable diet and exercise an hour after you've eaten all your meals for the day. Exercise from 30 minutes to one hour. If you're just starting out, make that 10 minutes and then slowly build on that each day or week. Also remember that the more you move around, the more calories you will burn.
The only thing that makes sense about life is death.
