What Do Y. O. U. Do When You Feel Lazy? how do you get off your @$$ and live active?

So lately I've been sitting around in front of my computer ALL DAY LONG.

It's quite a depressing story.

When you're in this kind of mood, what do you do?

Or what do you suggest?

Drink some energy drink.
You'll feel hyper and be up all the time.
I was like that too especially when summer started.
It's either computer or TV.
Workout would be the best choice.

I do nothing. I sit longer in front of the computer or watch a movie on TV.

go shopping, or just walk around the mall. get some air and force yourself to move. or if you feel motivated enough, hit the gym

I'll start reading my Self or Shape magazines if I really want to motivate myself to get to the gym. Sometimes, I'll motivate myself accidently when I see skinnier people in general, like my friends on MySpace.

Usually, I just tell myself "Yeah, I know I got lots of time, but since I have lots of time, I might as well get blah blah blah done and get back on the computer late so I'm not like 'I still have to get blah blah blah' done" and that usually gets me up to clean or run errands.

Or I give myself a time limit and stop no matter what I am doing. i think that if I really wanted to do it, I should have done it within the time limit if I knew I would be done.

I just pull out a book and start reading. Occasionally I'll exercise when I start feeling fat.

I try not stay on the computer too long or watch too much TV. My mom complains to me all the time that I play the computer too long, she comes in my room and starts complaining, "Is your butt glued on the chair? why don't you just live with the computer instead?" it's irritating and I'm tired of hearing her complaints, so I try to not stay on the computer too long now. These are some few things I do, workout, play DDR MAX, walk around, or just dance like a crazy person.

Oh, also, When I go downstairs to drink some water or get something to eat, I go back and forth up and downstairs in purpose. Not to forget to walk in your tippy toes when going upstairs (you can roll down and get hurt if you do that while walking downstairs.. so I only recommend you to do it when you go upstairs). As you keep on doing it, you'll get used to it eventually. So, don't worry about it. I force myself to move around in random times and find something to do, even if I'm feeling lazy and tiresome. Like, I help my mom with the chores, clean my room (I never used to do this, LOL), and more. I'm more of an inside person than a outside person these days, so I'm always stuck home. It's summer now and I hate getting sunburns and it's really hot. Still, I want to ride bikes, go out for a walk and fresh air, go shopping, take and my dog out for a walk. I need to do these but where to start. D:

i remember a text message my friend sent me..
it says: "whenever i feel like cleaning my room....i lie down my bed until the feeling's gone".. laugh.gif
i'm like this..but whenever i really really really need to do something i stretcj and strecth and stretch and do what i gotta do..

or when i just feel depressed i just go to sleep..haha..i'm such a bum..

usually.. i just do it. i mean, feeling lazy can't really keep you from doing something. if you want to do it bad enough, then you'll do it.

when i feel lazy i would go downstairs and:

-wash dishes
-clean anything or organize my stuff that i don't need
-walk my dog
-go to the gym

or i would call my friends and ask what they are doing or just go and shop at the mall alone lol.

I "attempt" to clean my room
It's hard to do so because I keep a lot of my old school work because I know I'll - for some reason - need to use it in the future.
