How To Get Rid Of Infected Pimples?

I never had any pimple get infected but now...I donno why but I have this one on my cheek and it's all read and infected and it's getting me depressed and not want to go out anymore...
does anyone have an idea what to do about it so it heals faster?

go get em in 2010!
