I Need Brake Pads

It depends on what car you need the pads for...
Tirerack usually won't carry the OEM parts, but rather aftermarket and in some cases upgrades.
Also are you sure that you just need pads? How are the rotors (the metal disc)?
Also if you are going to do a brake job it would be wise to also get the brake fluid flushed (just for preventive maintanance and its cheap).

^^^ As for you, I managed to find all four brake pads for $160ish with OEM (not genuine Audi) pads. I just assumed this is the newer A4. Fluid, i'm pretty sure your car uses DOT4 fluid, which is very common and easy to obtain. How are your rotors? Odds are they may need replacing too (due to wear). All four rotors would cost about $280 aftermarket (Zimmerman Rotors). Some nice brake fluids are (just to name my favorites) ATE Typ 200, or ATE SL6 (I think the SL6 is better suited for the Audi, supposedly more compatible with ABS and traction/stability systems).
I checked all of this from http://www.foreigncarpartsonline.com/ . I've bought many of my parts for my Volvo from them and they've always been good to me.
