Feeling Tired When You Don't Exercise

I've been exercising/gymming for the last 2 years and have discovered that if i dont do some form of exercise for a few days I get really tired and sluggish. I go gym around 5 days/wk and that includes running on the rteadmill for 1/2 an hour each time, cardio/boxing classes and weights. It's like a boost of energy when i go gym and I feel more energised after a workout instead of feeling tired...lol
Does anyone else feel the same?

I agree with you there.
I always hear people say they don't have energy to exercise, but it's really because they don't exercise that they don't have energy.

I jog and whenever I stop for a few days, I am more tired than after jogging. I also feel guilty for not exercising.

I agree.
If i dont do any exercise or even a 1 hour walk at least a day i feel really fatigue. lol
i need to at least do some form of cardio or workout once a day. I don't like the feeling that i should rest since that "resting" day will make me feel tired lol. Besides, i <3 exercising ^0^

yeah so true
Last week, everyday I played the Wii Fit for 40 mins to an hour,
When I finished, I felt energized and couldn't wait to do it again.
This weekend I didn't play it, spent whole time watching Japanese dramas >.<
Now I feel tired and soooooo lazy.
I must kick myself in the butt and start playing it again this evening.

yeah i don't know but i feel more energized after working out, alot of ppl thinks it will make the tired hence why they don't really try going to the gym or excersizing in general. lol

These days, I don't exercise.
So I ALWAYS feel tired and in a crappy mood. I better start hauling my ass to the yoga center.

Why do I always break the sig rules with Changmin pictures?

I agree, i tend to do 300-400 variations of sit ups and crunches everyday. along with weights and occasional weight boxing for cardio.
I get abdominal cramps when i miss a day or two without exercising..
I guess its that your body is used to it, and needs the exercise and pain to live lols
