Comitment To Shedding Lbs. I have a sweet tooth, but work out. What can I do to lose weight?

Okay, so I've been working out a lot lately.
BUT everyone knows that working out is NO good
if you don't diet as well to lose weight.

The only problem is...
I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth EVER.
so even though i'll try to go without for a week or so
I come back to getting a cookie or something sweet.
but I really do want to lose weight though
any suggestions on how I could stick to a diet that helps without cutting sweets out entirely?

Lolz hahaha. Same here.
I love sweet stuff.
What you can do is eat sugar free instead and but read the laby before you eat it.
Especially how much carbs the food contains.
Carbs turns into sugar then fat.
It's tough but well you gotta deal with it.
I break my diet here & then so I always feel guilty eating sweet stuff.
I workout to make up for it lolz.
