ok so when you count calories it says calories per serving and calories from fat... so do u add them both to know how much calories u took in from eating tht specific food?

Nope. Calories per serving is the total amount of calories of which the calories from fat are a subset from.

omg thx for replying^^
i cant believe i was counting them as both add together^^" no wonder i was like 250cal for one cookie?!?! but its onli like 150 calories per serving and 100 calories from fat lol xD
