always had a thing for older girls who were sick of Tom Cruise (LOL that's the 'ass.hole' euphemism??) - since that's where i stepped in. lol.

i think it was because i thought i was relieved of not living up to some funny expectation/delusion teenage girls have, cos they're over that stuff by then and just want a guy that makes a girl feel loved at the end of the day_ w/o the mind games.

_ no young girls for me.not anymore.
a young lady would be nice. haha

i dont like to put a limitation on my potential significant other.. but i really liek guys MY age. or very close to it. all the guys i've dated were either my age or a year younger. i wouldnt mind 3-5 years older, 1-2 years younger.

Honestly, age isn't really important...its how people act and think.
I wouldn't mind dating someone younger, same age or older but I'd like to keep it within 3 years, younger or older. smile.gif

Well I guess if you're an adult, well into their twenties then 10+ year age gaps are acceptable but if you're still a young teenager then anything more than 2 or 3 years is harder to grasp?

Right now... I'd go for a guy up to eight years older.
No younger guys.

I don't date but once I do, I'm okay with up to 10 years older. Even more if, well, Leonardo DiCaprio becomes available to me. LOL

I doubt I'd ever date anyone younger than me.
But that's only because I wouldn't be able to put up with the (lack of) maturity that younger guys have...
It's hard enough to find guys my age with the same mentality anyway.

So I normally go for 1~3 years older;
my current boyfriend is 1 1/2 years older than me, but acts mature/immature when it's right.
So I'm not complaining. (:

Age matters for me. I don't think I can date someone younger than me. 4 years older is my max.

In Grade 7, my friend was dating a guy in Grade 12.
That really wasn't a good decision.

In high school ; 1-2 years older maybe. Friend circle differences are too much.
After HS ; 1-3 ? It really depends on the connection you have with that person. Like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes?

No younger guys and the maturity level also needs to be there.

I'm talking to a girl that's 8 years younger, and we get along wonderfully.
"But when it ends and while it ends, something comes, after so much rage, persistence, obstinacy, extravagance; something entirely unexpected and touching in its mildness and goodness. With the motif passed through many vicissitudes, which takes leave and so doing becomes itself entirely leave-taking, a parting wave and call, with this D G G occurs a slight change, it experiences a small melodic expansion. After an introductory C, it puts a C sharp before the D. . .and this added C Sharp is the most moving, consolatory, pathetically reconciling thing in the world. It is like having one's hair or cheek stroked, lovingly, understandingly, like a deep and silent farewell look. . . . " (Mann: 55).
