Nice systems.

As for me I actually will be finishing up my 4 channel amp install today. Once i'm done I will try to snap a photo.
I actually don't need or want a sub, mainly because I need my trunkspace and because the 8" rears are quite sufficient.

My system revolves around the stock headunit, so that it looks plain, but yet it drives the 4 channel amp (via RCA output adapter I made), and I have intergrated a AUX input, so that I can use my iPod and Sirius radio.

I'm not an audiophile but I upgraded my 4 speakers, and I get my new stereo I bought off of ebay TOMORROW!!! Yesss! It's a Sony MP3 with bluetooth hands free function and full iPod control! smile.gif I don't want a sub because I need my trunk space. I'm messy.

I now drive another Volvo (S70 a newer version of my old car).

I did finish my amp install this afternoon:

I was running so many wires back and forth. Battery power from the battery all the way to the trunk, speaker wires heading to behind the headunit to connect to the speaker connectors there, the RCA signal cable from headunit to amp, remote amplifier turn on wire, etc. Since i've done this before with my old Volvo it wasn't so bad.

Still need to conceal the speaker wire. The amplifier is a Planet Audio 50 watt RMS x4. 50 watts RMS is lots of power for the stock speakers and believe me, the two 8" woofers I have in the rear deck we're playing like subs... with this amp.

Homemade cable from the stock headunit to the amplifier (luckily it had a amplifier output plug).

Here is a picture of it mounted in my old car (this time around I wanted a cleaner install, rather having the wires exposed).

wth ? cheap looking? that's so uncalled for..
it might be crappy to you
but it gots sentimental value to me
what system do you have ? u hatin'?
cant face the fact that mine is louder than yours?
i dun care if your car drinks more gasoline than mine or it looks more flashy
all i care is that i enjoy what i have.

like i said, its not about the car, but the person whose driving it

when i think of a crappy car with loud music i think of cholos
i'd just rather save the money and buy an adequate used civic
but yeah, just my input
if you're happy with it it's fine

also the g can already run mid 13s stock and the hks intakes adds an estimated 10 extra hp and the exhausts add like 8 so yeah it should shove off about 1.5 to 2 sec off my times
