Plot
Decepticon forces return to Earth on a mission to take Sam Witwicky prisoner, after the young hero learns the truth about the ancient origins of the Transformers. Joining the mission to protect humankind is Optimus Prime, who forms an alliance with international armies for a second epic battle.

What is the plot of this movie?
At the MTV movie awards when accepting the award for BEST MOVIE (naturally) Co-Star Megan Fox proclaimed how good the sequel was going to be, Rainn Wilson who presented best kiss wearing nothing but a teddy bear told The Associated Press on the gold carpet that he would play a college professor in "Transformers 2.", and finally Transformer Director Michael Bay said the film would begin shooting the following day and take place two years after the first film.

Will Megatron return?
No. Director Michael Bay has stated that Megatron will NOT be returning in this film and that the Cybertronian tank whose pictures have been floating around of late is a toy that Hasbro is making. However, he could just trying to throw people off, even though he stated this was true. Maybe it's Galvatron. We'll have to wait & see.

When will we see a Trailer?
The Full-Length Theatrical Trailer for Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen will make its debut infront of J.J. Abram's Star Trek on May 8, 2009.

As for the Teaser Trailer, Michael Bay has officially stated that the Teaser will premier some time in February. It is not yet known if it will be released in theatres, or during the Superbowl.
