I'm going to buy a new memory card for my Sony Cybershot 7.2 Megapixel( the one that eveyone has) But how many pics can a 4gb take and how long of a video? btw is 32 bucks expensive for it?

A 7.2mp picture is approximately 2.5-3mb... round it off to 3mb
1.81gb on a 2gb stick
~3.62 on a 4gb stick
3706mb... / 3mb
about 1235 pictures.
Video depends on what resolution you set it at. About 20minutes for 512mb at a very good quality I think so its like 160 minutes for 4gb?
