yes and no

in order for the PSP to be infected
you would either have to transfer a music/video file that is infected by the virus directly to the PSP
or if the virus is spread through networking, it might be able to get into the PSP (depending on how a PSP is connected to a computer [i dunno offhand])

but chances are, nothing will happen
because PSP operates under a different operating system.
so therefore unless the virus is ALSO designed for linux-type OSes, particularly the PSP one, then your PSP will be completely safe.

i got five on it.

Normally antiviruses will catch it. But its possible theres a virus that stuck itself to the files to use the PSP like a host to duplicate itself.

Just scan with a good antivirus and you should be safe.
