COMING SOON- A NEW IDOL GROUP!

I'm setting up an idol group, just like a boy band or girl band that might come from SM or JYP! This group is brand new!! We sing different styles of Korean popular music.
We focus on a digital venue; we aim to please the netizens! Our big dream is to be accepted into a REAL entertainment company, such as SM, JYP or YG. For now we fulfill our wish to sing in front of you, our dear netizens!

The goal is exposure. I, and hopefully the singers, will work hard to become an INTERNET CELEBRITY.
We will be publicized a lot, maybe gain some of those crazy Korean fans, and up our reputation!

No longer accepting late callbacks unless you have been specially notified that you are an exception.

Ten people have made it- that means that about HALF of you will be in the group, so keep trying your best!



Final round details:

You must sing short parts of two songs in Korean.

One must be a cute, kpop type of song and the other should be a ballad type, R&B song.

At least ONE of these recordings must be submitted as a video in which you are visible singing. If you do not have a video camera, contact me.

I need to know the quality of your mic/camera. I will not require it but it will be advantageous for you to state the date in at least one recording , so that I know that it is a recent recording.

I was just using as a comparison, so you could know a little bit about what this group will be like. However i wanted you to know that it will be different than ANY of the soompi entertainment groups. I.e, this is NOT an entertainment company but just one group.

never hesitate to ask questions, its the sign of a good business to have good customer service and even though im not a "business" i really want to help everyone as much as i can!

i posted it in performers but soompi closed it, since this particular post has a lot to do with auditioning.
i plan to make a website-maybe blog style?- as well as a myspace, facebook, cyworld if this project is able to take off.

yeah, just singing. although, since it will be an idol type group, you may be tested on ability to pick up choreography later. don't worry, i'm sure you're a better dancer than you think
don't worry if you're not the best rapper, hopefully i can find someone who specializes in rapping
