Which Fried Rice Type Do You Like The Best? vietnames, cantones, indian, thai, korean (bibimbap?), others..? name?

there are many type of fried rice

thai -- i think they put chilli chunks
vietnamese -- dont know if they have a tpye but i suspect it may have lots of egg and maybe tomato..
indian -- dark and red and very tasty !
cantonese -- yellow light and salty maybe?
salt fish and chicken fried rice? -- i think this is cantonese

lots of other types...

which is your fav? mine is cantonese !!

Ummm anything spicy? Lol I dunno. I think Thai and Indian ones are spicy so yeah I like them.

I like salty fish fried rice and yeung chow fried rice...so I guess I like Chinese fried rice..

thai and vietnamese!
thai uses jasmine ricei believe? so it's alot softer and yummier..
and i'm vietnamese so i love our fried rice~
i haven't really tried the others though.

i never tried thai fried rice, so i donno how does it taste like..
but i like Chinese fried rice,

I love Chinese egg fried rice. I cook my own, the ones from take out places are too salty. I usually put a bit of shallot in, it gives my rice a very nice fragrance biggrin.gif

Chinese fried rice is the best =D I love making my own cause I get to add my fav veggies and decrease oil/salt !

I like Cantonese style fried rice. I love bibimbap too, but that's not really fried, unless you're talking about dolsot bibimbap.

i love thai, cantonese, and korean fried rice................... but i guess i gotta say that thai is my favorite so far ^^ it was my first time trying it this year and i love it!

^ omg, those are my favorites as well. Everytime I ordered chinese fried rice, those are the ones I'd definitely order
