the UCs dont calculate freshman grades in gpa.
though they will get to look at them.
just do well enough in 10th and 11th and you'll be fine.

In new york we dont use letters but numbers, i got 70 first term and got 65 the 2nd term:(

I got a C+ (a freakin PLUS!) on my second semester for alg2 for sophomore year....
I feel really blah about it.... Should i be worried about not getting into a UC? ><
*also a C in ChemHnrs T__T

heck. some of them even had Ds and got in.
and my friend who failed math and never made it up got into UCs.

^ That's weird, I didn't think you could apply to the UC system with Ds and below.
