so.......this is my first post!

Anyways, i have this awful pain in my butthole.......
its really hard to explain but i started to get this after i smoked a ciggarette... if that has anything to do with it?
It hurts to pee, sit, and stand.
It may sound funny/weird but it really really hurts

Millions of people smoke everyday without a resulting pain in their butthole, so i highly doubt that has anything to do with it.

You can lay all doubts aside though by going to a doctor.

My uncle had a problem like yours, and he smoked too.
He had to get surgery done.. down there. Turned out there was like some kind of cyst or some infection?
i dont quite know.
