I use musicmatch jukebox, but I'm wondering about the quality of the music I get when copy music files to CDs & MP3s. Which do you use? Which is the best?

i think in terms of quality, it depends more on the encoder you use than the program, although some programs have better automation/batch options than others when it comes to processing multiple tracks. to ensure the best quality, use a loseless codec, like aac for ipods or encode in 320kbps, 48khz, VBR MP3s.
i use sony sound forge-- they have their own mp3 encoder which works fine for me. a lot of other programs use LAME mp3 after ripping, which gives good quality as well.
