Plus she's listed in the Take 7 of Inkigayo, but not the performers list. I think. O_O.

nobody knows if she rly had three abortions with her former manager or not...but he got really pissed off at her for some reason and quit being their manager and then went out in public saying she aborted his child three times.

she denied this (of course..true or not) and won her case for sueing her manager of his actions.

ppl say he was angry because either she dumped him after they dated or she rejected him when he asked her out but nobody really knows for sure why his real reason for his anger was...could be something totally different of those two.

a radio DJ played both songs on his radio show at the same time to compare and now the whole world wants to kill her. DSP denies that they plagarized even if it sounds similar and hyori says she has nothing to say about this.

I THINK.. they are picking at it even more cause she was such a big hit last year and never suspected this from her.... thought she would stay an original.
Hyori and DSP knows that making some of the songs sounding similar to other songs would end up some...people hating it/bad articles..... its just how it is. ANY singer/celeb must deal with tough criticism... ESPECIALLY the POPULAR ones.

Maybe they should concentrate on the other great songs, like Dear Boy, Shall We Dance, Slave. I can see a hot Latin dance for Shall We Dance

If this does become a big deal, what she needs to do is just move on, and don't dwell on it.

A lot was expected of her. Poor Hyori... but yea, Get Ya coulda been big if only they had named it was a remake of Do Something, instead of passing it as an original. If only.

IMO this should be a wakeup call to all Korean, Chinese, Japanese, whatever-nese artists - original music is the way to go, people. <3 And credit <3

well, i think all these criticism are thrown towards hyori cause there were too high expectations for her 2nd jib... and when all these similarities came about.. ppl were dissapointed.... and the fact that hyori's so popular means ppl actually pay attention to whether this song is similar to that song and what not... nobody would even care if some unknown singer copy a famous song cause nobody would bother..... eventually ppl would get over it..

I'm not too disappointed because I didn't have really high hopes for her album with all the delays they made, which is never a good sign. Anyway my favorite was EMMM. Doesn't anyone like that song? It seems sort of forgotten.

i love that song too! imma root for it to be the next (or next next?) single... either EMMM, Dear Boy or Shall We Dance.. i was wondering why Hyori didn't perform Straight Up, until i found out that song was actually a remake. so that's prob why she didn't wanna do it, if she did, she'd get even more slack now than she already is for Get Ya...
