im just really sad for her that she has to take so much and it rly bothers me that its all on her when it was the mistake of a lot of other people involved, too. it pisses me off. it rly does and everytime i try to get over it, i go see the news and theres another bashing news article...and after hearing how hard this is on her, it makes me sad even more -- after meeting her so many times and after how cool she was, i cant help but wanting to defend her and also feeling so angry and upset at how much is being thrown at her.

i dont care if its cus shes more popular or if its bc shes more known or bc she was more of an anticipation or what. ppl are pushing this sh*t way too much as if she doesnt even have feelings nemore. well yeah--as if korea ever cares of someone's feelings...but now its not even about ppl havig strong opinions of plagarizing nemore. it just turned into "lets talk about hyori now cus its sooo okay cus she plagiarized." and newsreporters are totally taking advantage of this situation more than they should.

of course some people are going to say that they are trying to show the good side of her by visitingthose children. those are the anti's/netizens getting worked up. and pouncing on anything that they can to bring their victom down.
its good that she canceled all her activites... people need to cool down and shut up about it. its not like they can go back and redo the dang album -___-

Im sorry to say..but i really think this something they should of known that was going to come there way... As a gasoo she took the risk of coming out with a song that had some similarites with a HUGE HUGE popstar known all over the world. regardless of how popular do somethin' was.. she/and the writers/producers made it way too similar to the do somethin'.... and like everyone said before the criticism is two times more harsh since shes a big star in korea and everyone expected something better..

Although i want to defend her.. i can't cause.. she/her company/producers/writers... did make a mistake along the way...

And hopefully this will be a HUGE wake up call to all the singers in Korea.
if she does give up because of this.. that will be another disappointment for me =X.

I am sooo mad and angry and SAD right now......that all this crap is happening to Hyori

I feel that I AM THE ONLY ONE that DOES NOT THINK the 2 songs sound THAT similar, for it to be called "plagerized". Heck, there are sooo many Chinese artists that copy off of Korean artists, how come no Chinese artists got sued?? I highly doubt that ALLL these Chinese artists credited the original Korean writer....

Its sooo dayam true that Hyori is the scapegoat, the unlucky one that had to take the burden for whats been happening in Kpop, Cpop for a very long time. It just sucks to the extreme, WHY DID IT HAD TO BE HYORI????!!!!

Man, I seriously think that it was a FREAKIN ANTI that sent the mp3 to the American company....I swear it....

Another thing that I can't believe is, how the press in Korea is bashing down on her like this, I feel that maybe cuz Hyori is so popular and pretty and has like everything, so ppl are jealous of her, and when they find something that they can pick on(and this time so unfortunately that it had to be this big), they will just ultilize it to the Max. What if it was Jo Sung Mo who has a similar song? he's a very respected solo male singer, for those who dont know.....I don't think Korea would be as harsh on Jo Sung Mo, than how they are right now on Hyori

I am really dissapointed that she cancelled all these shows, activites...Actually the best way to fight back right now, is to continue to come on shows, continue to show her bright smile, that will prove to everyone that she is not easily beaten down, that she is not ashamed (she shouldnt be anyways, not like it was her that wrote the song), that she can still be herself in the midst of all this crap. But i know this is easier said than done....I hope Hyori will rest for a while, calm down her emotions, and comeback and KICK SOME ASS!!!!

Also I feel that the Americans won this case so easily, cuz they are American. DSP should have hired better lawyers. Well, I dont think Korea would have stood a chance against America anyways, but....Poor Hyori, poor DSP, poor Korean music industry....TT.TT

for ur records, most of those chinese songs were legally brought from original producers/record company in korea. it's too lame to copy from ur neighbor countries, besides, it's not cost so much compare to american songs.
