My friend wanted to know so she could loose weight and hopefully audition for a entertainment in japan/china/korea , go for korea!!!
Anyway
She is 15 and weighs 60-65kg and wants to loose more than 20kg
I couldn't really answer the question because i wanted to gain weight instead of losing [opposite]
She also wants to be healthy..... Well, She prefers healthy food than oily food and alot of meats
so does anybody have any tips?

How do you gain weight easily without having to suffer from some eating-too-much illness and stuff?
I'm 12 and weigh 35-40kg i want to be like 45kg so eating alot but my weight doesn't go up & mostly goes down
