I Can't Check Out.what's Wrong With The Setting? Help!!!!

I'm trying to buy some stuff online.
And when I sign in, after I put all the credit card information to submit for reviewing my order.
It won't let me go through the next page.
THey make me go back and sign in all over again.
What's wrong with my internet setting?
Can anyone help? I'm trying to get something online fast.
