Hiya! I'm the one who started the post 'Body Inspirations'. And now here I am again, hoping that we can all stay fit and healthy (note, not anorexic so please stop the immaturity. ty.) all the time!

I'll start with one simple one. This is my desktop wallpaper. Everytime I sees it I feel so bad.

Next post yours up! So that we can really get motivated and *sweats* start working out!

That's your wallpaper?
HAHAHA. If my parents saw that they would think I'm weird [x
But it does keep you motivated.
Anyways I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to post here but since we're on the topic of motivation, I think what helps is buying a pair of pants or shirt that is one size smaller than you are now and setting a goal for you to be able to fit in it by the end of a certain day [x

Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

I have this Nike ad from a magazine posted on a cork board. It has a girl running and in the corner it says something like "If you went running when you first thought about it, you would be back already." I keep that one up there becaue I always say I need to go to the gym and find and excuse to not go.

My 2nd motivation is when I went to get a checkup last year. Although I didn't have high blood pressure or anything (not yet anyway), my doctor told me that I was obese and not just regular obese, but very close to morbidly obese. If you're wondering, I'm 5'4" and then was 190 lbs. That is probably the biggest motivation of all.

My third motivation is a bet that my boyfriend and I have going on until Thanksgiving. We went long distance in May so we decided that we aren't going to send any pictures to each other and just see how we look during Thanksgiving since we are both working out. His goal is to have a 6-pack abs and have his arms and chest bigger. My goal is to just to get healthy and lose the weight I need. Whoever wins has to buy the other person $100 of whatever they want on Black Friday.

It works so far because I'm eating sensibly and working out about 4x a week. Last time I checked, I was at 184 YAY! biggrin.gif Go motivation!

I totally stopped running since last week because I take summer school P.E. and come home really tired, but I really should still keep running. I have no motivation to go out, but just earlier today, I looked at my legs in the mirror... Ew? I was so shocked; so not what I expected. I'm gonna go out running now. Lol. Oh, I also need to get rid of some leg fat so I can wear those nice fob styled clothes. Cuteee~

I just think about 'if I don't do this, I die early.' then I get the motivation.

Wow, I'm proud of you! Those are real results, congratulations! biggrin.gif And what a fantastic way to strengthen your bond between your boyfriend and you over a long distance...I think what you said would really work for a lot of people, me included! I hope you continue your path to good health and achieve the results you desire! cool.gif
