How do i view these east asian characters on my comp? I just finished downloading firefox 3, and now there are all these boxes with numbers in them when i see what is supposed to be east asian characters. Is there a program i need or something? I've tried downloading a couple things, but it said i need the windows CD, and i don't have it.
Help lol..

same problem with me too, minus the ff3.
i guess your computer is really old, so you probably
have to get the newest xp or get vista ..

You needa change your language settings. I forget how to do it though lol.
Try using AppleLocale(sp?)

If you already installed East Asian Language Support (?) then you just need to change the encoding (View -> Encoding).
Alternatively sometimes you can substitute the i386 (?) folder instead of the CD if you have it on your hard drive.
