I've heard from some people that whenever they exercise, their calves get bigger.
Is that true?
Also, how can I exercise so my calves will get thinner? Or at least ways to make them appear slimmer.?

The calves don't neccessarily get bigger, it only seems that way because you gain some muscles.
It's important to do some strethchings after working out.

yeah you gain muscles so your calves get a little bigger. but like if you don't stretch after each exercise they get really big. my friends have pretty big calves and they work out. but i dont think they stretch. i;m not completely sure though

one way to get your cardio without working too much on your calf muscles it to go on the treadmill...you can power walk, jog or run but make sure you have NO INCLINE. inclines works on your calf muscles so avoid the stairmaster!! --and not so much elliptical either.

cycling or swimming should slim your claves
but..after they're toned and stuff, when you stop, they might look bigger again
so be careful haha
