hey guys, last monday i got my wisdom teeth on my right side pulled out but I was still able to eat stuff like pasta and noodles by biting on the left side, but i went back to the dentist today to remove my last 2 wisdom teeth and now Im not sure as to what I should eat. I had some porridge made but eating that only makes me hungrier so Im reallllly craving for korean bbq and I havent been able to eat that for 3 weeks so i was wondering if it would be okay if i went to eat korean bbq this weekend. Would that cause me to get a dry socket?

LoL aren't people usually more concerned about pain than what to eat?
After the first few days I just ate what I could chew, wasn't too concerned about it. I recall it was really annoying to get like food particles stuck in the holes though haha
Not sure what you can eat now... have you considered an egg, tofu, or yogurt? Those are soft... if you don't feel like chewing at all, you can always get some of those diet/nutrition drinks and just drink.

I still have wisdom teeth in my mouth it's super painful.

I know .. that's a bit odd that you're more concerned with food rather than the pain. It doesn't hurt?
I couldn't eat anything cause it hurt so bad. I ate soup that my sister made for me that was blended. I ate some yogurt too.
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

lol you remind me of my brother, he got so desperate after eating porridge/pudding for a week so he grinded/blended a bunch of meat and ate it. I was stuck on mashed potatoes/pudding/jello for 2 weeks. It depends on how swollen up everything is and how fast it heals. but like everyone else said, I couldn't eat because it hurt too much. if you feel up to it by the weekend though then go for it, just make sure you clean your gums! they gave me a tube thing so I could squirt water directly onto my gums...that worked wonders. I still don't eat mashed potatoes or pudding and it's already been 8 months since I got mine out. x)

well usually people would care about whether it hurts or not but during my surgery and after I didn't feel any pain so I'm pretty much just sick of eating porridge and soup and whatnot. I know if i try to eat other stuff it's bound to get stuck in the holes but I just want to know if it would be damaging? what if i cut the meat into small pieces? lol I've lost
weight since last week and I dont want to continue that...
