For those of you who are successfully sticking to diets & losing weight... what do you do or tell yourself when you start to crave junk food? Or when you're offered ice cream or whatever else is your weakness... how do you keep yourself on track?

I just say NO to myself and my body just sticks to that NO. Or else, I just drink lots of water.
Good luck curbing cravings! It's hard to at first, but when you get used to it, it's really simple to.

I tell myself the big N-O and think of the consequences later XD
Sometimes I would gulp down a glass of water, it usually helps and fills me up so I don't want whatever I was craving for anymore.

My friend told me that cravings usually take about 20 minutes go away so I just wait to see if it'll go away when I have the craving. It it doesn't go away that quickly, I drink a glass of water to make myself full.
If the craving doesn't go away, then I indulge a little bit. I learned that this works for me because if I refuse the cravings long enough, I'll stuff my face with it afterwards. In a month, I lost around 8-ish pounds and I had some little cheeseburers and some peanut M&M's and pizza rolls because I was craving them. Usually I just share my treat or get a smaller size or find a healthier equivalent just to satisfy the craving then forget about it.

I just tell myself no and occupy myself with something else to take my mind of any cravings. sometimes I'll just grab a drink or eat some fresh fruit instead to help fill me up

Gotta keep telling myself no. If I go for a food I shouldn't be eating, I make myself stop and then I battle myself in my mind for a while. (yesterday I lost, I bought a huge Hershey's soft cookie and scarfed it down. I felt like crap afterwards because I had been doing so well before and those things are really unhealthy
)
Also, I come and look at this thread right here if I get cravings and tell myself NO. XD;
Also, the more healthy alternatives to junk food are good. Special K cereal bars are kind of sweet but are really low in fat and only have 90 calories. Then there are the 100 calorie snack packs, that have like oreos and brownie bites and stuff. They're small, but it'll help curb craving for more.
And I agree with the above, indulge yourself a LITTLE every once in a while. That way you'll be doing minimal harm and not driving yourself completely insane...

Resist your temptations. Try chewing gum or much on some fruits instead.
But let yourself indulge too or else you'll crave it even more and you'll eat more of it!
Just have a smaller portion :]
Craving ice cream? Frozen Yoghurt may satisfy you as well for ex. Yogen Fruz.
I heard listening to music will divert your brain from cravings too.

Drinking water always ALWAYS helps. =) Cause you might confuse cravings with being thirsty. I get that a lot, and if you do dig in the junk food, you'd want more and more and than you realize you just overindulged on that stuff, and get depressed, and have to exercise more.. and it goes on and on and on. XD; I agree with the above posts, tho.

Well I drink a looot of water to the point where I feel better (:
But if the craving is still there I would drink more water, then have a little peice of whatever it is .. I mean I end up being full from the water so I won't over dose on that crave [x
