marksmenship? if i were you i would invest in a .22 over a air rifle anyday. but may i inquire a perpose for marksmenship? hunting/recreation/self defense?
It is the Soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of press. It is the Soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer who gives us freedom to demonstrate. It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and who's coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag.

I think he's talking about AIRSOFT. I'd say a Tokyo Marui is good if you're looking for reliable AEG's, stay away from full metal bodies as they require a lot of maintenance and aren't suited for beginners.

i am no expert on airsoft rifles but i would take a .22 rifle over a pellet gun any day for the purpose of MARKSMANSHIP. using a pellet gun for training marksmenship is like using a sword to swat flies its just not practical imho. honestly if i were to train marksmenship more seriously i would go all out and invest in a remington 700 get a good gunsmith to modify it for my specifications, albeit the reminton may not be the best gun on the range it has proven itself to be effective in the field for hunting both man and game.

now if the OP has had other intentions for using his air rifle other than MARKSMENSHIP, such maybe LARPING i digress. but like a said a .22 would be a far better choice that airsoft to learn marksmenship skills.

the one i've used at cadetcorps is the daisy 853c air rifle.

i'm not wanting this to hunt =.= just for shooting groupings on the range.

and no i'm not talking about airsoft.

air rifles that are action pumped

reason why i want an air rifle is because its cheaper, and doesnt require any license to possess nor discharge (as long as its muzzle velocity is not greater than 500fps)

My friend has a Tokyo Marui. It was affordable and goodlooking.
