i need help!!
my computer that had my WHOLE itunes library on it recently died...i have a new computer now, but i can't figure out how to add new music to my itunes and then put it onto my ipod without syncing my ipod to my new, nearly empty itunes.
ugh. tutorial anyone?? i'd be eternally in your debt :/

Why don't we do this first
You can set your computer to view hidden files from
Start > control panel > Folder Options > Under the view tab, select show hidden files our folders
Once you do that, browse your ipod from My Computer and the music should show up.
Alternatively get something like this

That way you can have a copy of all your music on your computer again.
Where the heck is my ipod...
In itunes go to Edit> Preferences then disable syncing

Then you can just drop albums into your ipod music folder in itunes
or
Make a playlist, drop in and organize your music, then drag and drop the playlist on the music folder under your ipod.
