Hello! I'm a Biochemistry major too, and I love it!
Career-wise, you can apply to medical school, do research, or teach.
Biochemistry is pretty specific; it's not like biology.
Do some research online
These are the only ones I can think of right now
Good luck!

start a meth lab.
"But when it ends and while it ends, something comes, after so much rage, persistence, obstinacy, extravagance; something entirely unexpected and touching in its mildness and goodness. With the motif passed through many vicissitudes, which takes leave and so doing becomes itself entirely leave-taking, a parting wave and call, with this D G G occurs a slight change, it experiences a small melodic expansion. After an introductory C, it puts a C sharp before the D. . .and this added C Sharp is the most moving, consolatory, pathetically reconciling thing in the world. It is like having one's hair or cheek stroked, lovingly, understandingly, like a deep and silent farewell look. . . . " (Mann: 55).

You don't need a biochem degree for that

SAVE YOUR SOOOOOOOULS!!!
Well, at least from P Chem. =P I have a degree in Biochem and others. You can definitely apply for public health related fields like med, dent, pharm, etc. I, for one, didn't do either one of those. I was pre-dent until I shadowed a dentist (the nightmare....*shudder*). I could get a stable job at a cancer research center if I want to but I didn't do that, either. But you could do either one of those. Or pursue a master's/doctorate degree and become a instructor/professor.
What am I going to do if I am not doing none of the above?
I am going back to become a math teacher. =] I found out that this was my passion on the last year of my last college career. It would've been nice if I figured this out SOONER. *cough cough stab stab* I am planning to do some volunteer work at local hospital to put my current degrees into work, though....I don't know how but there must be a way! Or I could always switch career..o_o
GOOD LUCK!

My cousin is a biochem major and he's currently doing an internship for pancreas cancer research. But I'm sure there's a lot of things besides research.
