What kind of vegetarian? lacto-ovo? vegan? etc??
Why are you living that lifestyle, and what changed your eating habits?
What are your favorite foods and share recipes if you want.
I am not eating any dairy, egg, or meat products for health reasons as well as my aversion for factory-farmed foods.

I'm a part-time pescetarian I guess...most of the time I'm ovo-lacto. I just can't live without sushi!
I originally did it for animal rights stuff, but then I found out how it's much better for the environment, and it's healthy too. ^^

i experimented with this thing called dinner-roast, it tastes really good.
just get cream of mushroom, boil it and add some spices and it acts as a sauce.
really yummy!

I really hate animals,
but I found it unfair that we were doing such things in the slaughter houses.
I live off noodles...
Oh, I really recommend the book Skinny [b-word] too.

I read the SKINNY book, but a better one is diet for a new america by john robbins and also his other one called food revolution. They are both much more scientific and well researched. He is the son of the Robbins from Baskin Robbins, but he's a vegan now. I'm not into fake meat, but I just eat tofu

I became a vegeterian for health benefits, also because of the animal rigths.
I dont like eating eggs, or dairy products. I never really liked them. I also found out about the environmental benefits too, so thats a plus for me.
And, also recommend reading Skinny B[---].

Sweet Potato Fries
Plenty of fries for two
2-3 Medium Sweet Potatoes, peeled
Oil and Spice Rub
2 Tbs of Earth Balance, melted (vegan margarine)
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 450º F.
Slice potatoes into thin fry shapes with a large chef’s knife. Mix melted earth balance and spices together and toss the potatoes in it. Place oiled/spiced fries on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper (they might stick to foil). Do NOT crowd the pan - you want space between every fry. Bake for 20 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
Place potatoes under the broiler, turning every minute or so and keeping a close eye on them. Broil them for as long as you can without incinerating them. Serve immediately or you’ll lose any crispiness you achieved. Goes great with ketchup or a creamy vegan mayo.
Thin. Like, really super thin. Potato Chip thin. I know it doesn’t help with fries (or baked sweet potatoes), but that’s the only way the starch will crisp.
Also, try coating with flour, cornstarch, instant mashed potatoes or cornmeal. This works better when deep-frying, but in the case of baking/broiling they should be ok. Skip the oil and just season up your flour really well (a little more than you would if you were using just oil) and have at it. Should help with your crispiness.
also.... if you're already planning on making some kind of finger food, or even stuffings for sushi... how about trying this:

fried strips of Tofu, then add beet juice
