I was wondering if Rollerblading is effective in losing weight?
Also.... can rollerblading help you lose stomach fat?
Has anyone ever tried rollerblading to lose weight?

yes, it can be a method of losing weight or fat; it can be an alternative form of cardiovascular exercise. just keep in mind that if you're just cruising around it probably won't do too much. bump the intensity up for faster fat burn. =]

Yeah, basically .. anything you do with your feet will help you lose the weight. Meaning, don't just sit there D;
I'm currently semi hiatus at the moment due to school.
*still pm me please, although it might take awhile to reply!

Loool.
And I agree with what everyone else has said so far. I think any foot-work would help lose weight. You're being active!

A couple of months ago, roller blading was my only form of exercise. It really helped tone my thighs. But then I stopped roller blading and I got my thunder thighs back. =P *lazy*
It's really fun and an awesome workout. Go go!!

wow.
ii nvr heard of roller blading as a method to lose weight.
But from what ii know ii believe it helps a little if you roller blade intensely like faster.
Since your moving your legs ii believe it would work on your leg muscles and thigh fat.
o.o im not sure about the stomach though but ii guess if you hunch down and rollerblade like a football player
then it might work ;DD. ii've nvr tried it or have ii heard it works but ii guess any sort of exercise can help lose some sort of fat/weight.
Ii heard hoolahoop is good to work out stomach fat since your using your stomach to control the hoolahoop.
