Is It Ok To Skip A Day Of Workout?

I do cardio/kickboxing for about 30 minute...sometimes 45-50 minutes, then 30 minute of abs and some stretching afterward.
But there's day I feel super lazy and just want to hop to bed.
Is it ok just to skip one day?
I feel fat & bloating if I only do my 30 minute of abs workout instead of combining it with my cardio session?

if you're body is tired, don't hesitate to rest, because your body definitely needs it

yeap don't think working out everyday will make you super skinny faster. try to lessen on the amounts you work out everyday is too much and besides, you do alotta walking and what not outside of your work out schedule.

Some people say you need a day rest in between for your muscle to rest and ..there was something about either about tendon or letting your muscle rebuild.. don't remember D: Sorry >.<

over-exercising will burn you out.

it's not the end of the world, but wat u want is motivation
real hardcore motivation..think of the benefits
working out with friends, is a good motivator

but the down part is that... you get lazy :[
for me, ill be on a set schedule for awhile and i take a break (due to some event,etc)
and it takes me like 3 days to get back to working out xD;;
maybe because... im just inherently lazy .... hmm
