I usually work out 7 days a week since 2 months ago.
I do cardio/kickboxing for about 30 minute...sometimes 45-50 minutes, then 30 minute of abs and some stretching afterward.
But there's day I feel super lazy and just want to hop to bed.
Is it ok just to skip one day?
I feel fat & bloating if I only do my 30 minute of abs workout instead of combining it with my cardio session?

there's absolutely nothing wrong with taking breaks. if anything, it's recommended that people don't exercise more than 5 days a week. use the days off to let your body recuperate and get ready for the next work out. too much exercise can lead to over training, burning out, and ultimately being less effective (and possibly even counter productive in some cases).

All that's recommended to keep your body fit and healty is one hour a day, three to four days out of the week.
So really, you have four or five days to relax. =3

Definitely ok, but just be prepared that your body will lose some of that zazz next time you resume working out. But even a missed day wouldn't account for much.

A week however is huge! xD

It's good to take a rest, you seem active and healthy, but maybe cutting it down to 6 days a week would do your body good? You're supposed to give your muscles time to rest and heal, because even if they're not sore they still need to heal from all the working out.

7 days a week? omg..
isn't that overworking yourself? take a day or two off every week and let your muscles rest.

I thought workouts are only supposed to be around 3-4 times a week.
7 days is like a gym junkie. o.O

You workout without taking a break off?!? Whoa, aren't you over working yourself?? You should take a couple of days off and relax.

yeap don't think working out everyday will make you super skinny faster. try to lessen on the amounts you work out everyday is too much and besides, you do alotta walking and what not outside of your work out schedule.

I think it's better to do it every other day ._.

Some people say you need a day rest in between for your muscle to rest and ..there was something about either about tendon or letting your muscle rebuild.. don't remember D: Sorry >.<

yeah; a break from working out is recommended to allow time for you muscles to rebuild themselves
but the down part is that... you get lazy :[

for me, ill be on a set schedule for awhile and i take a break (due to some event, etc)
and it takes me like 3 days to get back to working out xD;;

maybe because... im just inherently lazy .... hmm

i don't think it's even healthy to do it every day for 2 months. o_o 5 days a week sounds about right.
