Mostly for me, when someone messes up I always say "Oh that person is new." and just walk away o.o

I just look at my change weirdly and then at the person and walk away xD
For some reason, I can't tell them straight in the face that they gave me the wrong change LOL

I usually say, "Excuse me, what was the amount again? I think I need $-.-- more."
and then if they apologize, I say that its okay and that we all make mistakes.

When people mess up food orders really bad that really bugs me the most because my thinking is that i already touched it so if I turn around they'd just throw it away. What a waste. The others not so much like money.
Usually if the dollar difference isn't that much i'd just walk away but if it were just tell them they messed up.
Human nature, people mess up. I just deal.

Occasionally I get people that make it seem like it's my fault for their mistake and THEY look annoyed. I still try to be polite but sometimes I just walk off after they have corrected the mistake.
I never walk off with the wrong change or a tag on my clothes though.. I always check and make sure first.

Ahh I know what you mean about that. Especially when I work at Burger King. People said "I didn't order ths" and since they touched it. We think it could be contaminated, so we just throw the foods away because of the disease called salmonella and other stuff like norovirus, it's pretty scary.
LOL that happened to me before. This Indian guy came back and complained to me since I was working at the register. He was complaining that I didn't give him $7 extra >__< well I was new >__<;;

That's interesting. I never knew people get afraid to get mad at people o.o There's such thing like that >__<? Can I ask why you get scared to get mad? Is it because you might go crazy when you get mad? o.o

If they give me less, I'd be mentally like "f*ck it" and walk away by considering it a charity unless it's more than 5 bucks... I'd be like "$$**?".

My name is NPB, I live in an igloo, I eat pancakes with maple syrup, I own a beaver, I don't like Justin Bieber, I ride a female moose to work and I'm Asian
. Eh. I'm a Poutine-Eater.

If it's less, and not a huge amount, ehhh. A buck or two tops, though. I'm stingy v_v

and this lady accused me of giving her the wrong change when I did it exactly correct. She was like, "I'm 4 cents short!! Gimme my 4 cents back!" I wanted to say 'look, lady! I don't owe you four cents! It said it right on the computer!' but I didn't.. So I just gave her the four cents so she'd shut up. How frugal!
When I was new, I had the worst customers ever.. some take advantage of you if they can tell that you're new.
For me, if someone messes up. It's either I ignore it if the wrong change is not so much or just say it straight out. I'm not gonna torture the employee and demand this or that.

I just walk away if I'm only missing a couple cents or a dollar. I only turn back if I'm missing more than $2. If I got more than I was supposed to have, I'll act normally then rejoice on the free money outside.
Reminds me of the time I was at Tim Horton's and I ordered a small French Vanilla Ice Capp with whipped cream + caramel. But unfortunetly, I got a large Ice Cappucino instead. I was so sad and we couldn't go back because I had to get my ass to school.
Then another time at another one, I ordered the same thing, but I didn't get my whipped cream or my caramel topping. I told my dad and he was almost yelling at the cashier lady (Who looked like she was 60). I got another one though. =)
