I would probably yell for someone to help and try to reach out for the kid, and of course without killing myself as I can not swim.

If it's like 10 foot deep or less than yea I would since I know how to swim. But if it's deeper than I'd try to get help...I say try 'cause I tend to freeze when I see someone in danger O_o

i would save the kid cause i know how to swim, but im not the best swimmer in the world. but i would give up if he's making me drown as well while im trying to save him.

Yeah, I'd save him. If he was drowning in the ocean/lake or any place with fish in there i probably would have to get someone else though

I can swim so i would save the kid. Especially if it is a pool or something. But if it is in the ocean/lake, i would yell for other people [lifeguard] while jumping in to save the kid.

If it was in a pool then yes, since i can swim. If it was in a lake/sea then i'd call for help.

It's harder to say if it was in the ocean though...

If you saw a kid who is about to drown in a swimming pool and you're the only person around there, no one else.

Would you go save the kid? or Would you just run away because you're just scared of seeing someone drowning into the pool? or Would you just stare at the kid until someone rescues the kid?

For me, I would go find someone to rescue the kid and not just stand around. I can't swim, I don't know how to swim at all. I'm scared of deep water if the kid was in a deep water. Well if he was in not so deep water, I'll probably go rescue the kid for sure.

I know this is late but as a former lifeguard if you dont know what to do in this situation, go get help. One victim is better that two. Otherwise you could use a long stick/ rope or whatever is handy to reach out to the drowning person! Protect yourself first!

I'm not a great swimmer, so, ME, no. I dont want to risk my life while trying to help/save another
when I know I am incapable of swimming. But I'd definitely find someone who could.. ASAP.
