I dont know about you guys but I have a terrible, terrible problem with procrastintion. I will even want to cook/cleanw henI have assignments/revision to do..
The worse and most eveil things invented to aid my addction to avoiding work is Deffinately FACEBOOK, use to be msn, but now facebook had a chat box there aswell fb deff wins in that battle.
Anyone else find it hard to concentrate? be it fb, msn or whatever.. Any tips on how to forc urself to getback to working!? please feel free to share~

Haha, I too suffer from severe procrastination. I think most uni students do at some point
I actually deleted my facebook a few week before my exams started and revived it only now (having finished a week ago). It helped a bit.. and it made the Internet seem slightly more boring, hence I think I got around to more study.
However ultimately the best way I find to get back to study is create a reward system for yourself. Say.. if you study for one hour straight, you'll allow yourself 20mins Internet time. I find this hour usually extends itself as I finally do get stuck into something. Or maybe try study a chapter/lectures worth and 'reward' yourself after that.
