It's was on isu or culminating whatever you may call it. It's worth 20% of the final mark. Basically, you were not allowed to bring any notes in or out of the class.
So everyone was writing out their essay at home, memorized it, and wrote what they remembered when they got to class, which you weren't suppose to do because all the work must be done at school not at home. Instead, I wrote out part of the essay in the novel copied it out at school. My plan was to erase it after. When everyone handed in their work, the teacher collected the texts. The problem is i didn't get a chance to erase the stuff i've written inside but i did managed to rip two pages out (which was probably really obvious because the entire class was quiet when i did it)
I've been really worried about what may happen if i got caught cheatng. I passed the course plus i graduated today however I'm staying for a fitfth year in high school. I know they're going to find out about it next semester because when the next student get the text and sees two pages missing, they'll tell the teacher (same teacher) and he'll see the parts of the essay i wrote. The culminating wrok from every course is kept in a vault in the office so the work is still there. The teacher did not catch me cheating during the course but could he still do something after i passed the course? Could he still report me? I'm worried that he can and that it'll ruin my chance for university.
Looking back, I didn't even have to do what i did. I could've just memorized the work like everybody else. I was seriously planning to steal part of the written essay so they couldn't track it back to me. However when i went to get my final marks a week ago he didn't even offer me to see the marked culminating so i my plan was ruined.

i doubt you'd get caght cheating since it was "last year"
i got caught cheating, it wasnt a big deal. it was jsut that i got a 50 on the test and he sai ddont do it again (and he told my advisor). but that was a quiz, if you do get caught (which i doubt) you will probably be in troubel.
if youw ere to steal soemthing, steal the book.
but why are you staying for 5 years?

Ha, I almost forgot about this topic. I'm staying for a fifth year i guess because when it was time to apply for university i felt that i wasn't ready to go yet and i wasn't sure what i wanted to major in. I didn't want to apply to a program and waste money and time in something that i later would regret.
What I'm worried about is if the teacher could do anything about the cheating because it was a mandatory assignment and it was worth 20% of the final mark. Since i passed the course, could the credit be taken away and i would have to retake the course or something like that? I guess i want some opinions as to what might happen when school begins so i'm prepared.
