the rest of my face is clear and has no pimples but for some reason my nose is filled with blackheads... whenever i use a cleanser or something to get rid of them they come back a day later... anyone have any ideas how to get rid of them?

Biore pore strips, rub lemon on it, or get a facial done!

^
^Nose strips make your pores "bigger" overtime

Try steaming your face then do a scrub (scrub only about 2-3 times a week) ( I use St. Ives).
Cleanse with your cleanser and then rinse, with cold water to make the pores "smaller" LOL.
And then toner?

hehe, I put the quote " " things, 'cause I'm really not sure if pores actually get bigger or smaller. Some say that they just open up and seem bigger.

I used to have them but when I started using the ACV (apple cider vinegar) toner, it's gotten 90% clearer.

I also use Nghe cleansing milk, and a natural gel lotion since I have oily skin.

I heard that if you have oily skin, you'll always be stuck with it but I'm not sure about that.

^ Dang, I have oily skin. D:

As for me, I use the pore strips. I heard they make your pores bigger, but you can use toner right afterwards to help a bit.

Those pore strips never work for me either.
I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub, the one for blackheads & acne.
It works for awhile, then the blackheads come back.

I steam my face with a pretty hot wet towel placed in front of my face. My face is so clear and white (no I'm not conceited...I'm barely even conceited)! I do this often; my sister doesn't and she has a big acne problem. It's probably just our skin types, but this method is so refreshing!

I have a couple St. Ives scrubs. :[ Ouch! They usually break the capillaries in my face and my cheeks have these stringy red lines. Looks very harsh and takes quite a while for them to disappear. I don't use them anymore; they use apricot core pieces in their scrub. sad.gif (Then again, my skin is ultra sensitive)

I guess I shouldn't rub as hard, and find another way to get off the dead skin better. It's better I just abandon the St. Ives scrub but I have too much of it. unsure.gif

i have used scrubs, strips, and even the blackhead extractor but the ONLY THING that works for me is squeezing them out with my fingers- which leads me to have a red nose for a couple of days. i need to find another way. what is that charcoal mask? and what is SG?

I like Noxema. It works well for me and it's really cooling, but I guess the results would vary depending on the individual.
It's worth a shot, most of their products (I have tried) have done what it says it would do.

I use those blackhead extractors
I bought one at Sephora, works well
I can't use those nose strips because my skin is dry, it will literally tear off my skin

Squeezing them out only makes your pores bigger.

Same with pore strips ... after a while they just make your pores bigger, and for me they never really worked.

I use an exfoliating gel, it works fairly well.
