me and my sisters used up alot of tissue boxes for that movie.
But i don't think your deprived or lack in emotions, i think that you really haven't found something that just hasn't touched you just quite yet.
But then again, it isn't bad to cry during movies or during something thats touching to others, it's a matter if your willing to let that emotion get through to you or not. But i some what don't cry much, i'm use to keeping to myself and really actually experiencing things for myself.
But no your not deprived of emotions, it just didn't really shook you yet.

Watching every single episode made me cry. I definitely cry over 1 litre.

I rarely cry for movies and dramas.
But you should definitely try the Japanese movie Koizora (Sky of Love).

I also like the ones where they surprise people with gifts and stuff. It just warms my heart =)
I used to be like you too. But then I don't know what happened. (maybe it was hormones haha)

i seriously think i shed a liter of tears while watching the drama.
and the Korean movie My Father. there were some heartwarming and intense scenes.
oh and while i was watching 200 Pound Beauty, i cried at the end. the parts where she lied about her dad and how he was pushed on the ground and when she told the audience her secret.

Shows
The 8 simple rules episode where the father dies, I don't really liked that show, but I happened to see that episode when it was on today, and it made me tear up.
Skins season finale.
Movies
Little Black Book
A Walk To Remember (I actually haven't cried while watching this, but I haven't watched in a while. I know if I watched it now, I'd cry)
I Am Legend.
Lion King
Bambi
Fox and the Hound
I know there's more, but I really can't think of any at the moment. Normally, I don't cry that easily, but for some reason, if I'm watching a sad show or movie, I cry very easily.
