Hello. i'm just wondering if international calls cost money for the receiver even if the caller has free unlimited calls to the US.
Sorry if that doesn't make sense ^^;
(i'm with AT&T if that'll change anything)

I've never heard of receivers getting charged for calls in general.
Except those advertisements that charge you if you answer the phone. :I

it depends where the receiver of the call is located.
china used to have networks that charged the receiver as well, but they've changed it now lol
