Well, I was just in the slouching topic and it inspired me to create this. LOL! Uh...so how do you guys sit down? Admittedly I don't sit very lady-like, I sit with my legs wide open (ignore how sexual that sounds). I dunno...I've always just hated folding/crossing my legs. It's not very comfortable imo. It's sorta the reason why I'll never wear short skirts. LMAO! The women in my family obviously have a problem with the way I sit and they're always forcefully twisting my legs into the right position if they catch me with my legs spread.

me too! in school it's not noticeable, but when i'm out with my parents at dinner my mom is like: you sit like a man! and crosses my legs. HAHA

Er this may sound kinda weird but I sit with my torso sideways most of the time. Like, it's leaning to the left. And I always fold one leg but then put the other one down. Anyone else do that?

I sit with my legs slightly apart, and sometimes I cross my ankles (like in the Princess Diaries movie LOL). I hate crossing my legs/putting one leg over the other. I learned that it causes scoliosis.

When I'm on the computer, I sit... On my legs. It doesn't matter what position they're in, but I sit on them in a way that always cuts off circulation.

It's a bothersome habit. I hope it isn't unhealthy or anything. XD

Even on a chair or in the car, I sit crosslegged- indian style. I don't wear skirts.
Otherwise, I sit kind of slouched. It depends, sometimes, though. If it's a formal event or if front of someone/people that I don't know well, I'll sit up "normally" {eh.}

I usually cross my legs are just keep them together. I noticed that whenever I'm cold, I put my hands between my legs. There was a topic about that...

Normally, if the chair/bench allows, I sit with my legs folded,
& in front of the computer, I sit like L, with my knees to my chest. (does that make sense, I don't know how to describe)

i do that! i do it while i'm eating at the table sometimes

-- yea i'm not very ladylike sometimes. i like to sit on the floor, like a guy...with my legs bent ..wide open. not trying to be dirty or anything. but yea. hahaha , i do that when i'm sitting in a chair too, slouch with legs spread out. oh gawd, i sound gross. but somtimes i cross my legs in a chair.

but my favorite has got to be...
with one leg (preferably my right leg) under me.
it's a bad habit...but for some reason, it evens out my bottom.

i crossed my leg when I am wearing a skirt. i seldom do that if i wear shorts/pants tho. idk.
