Alright, so I've been trying to decide between a Lexus IS 250 and BMW 3's (don't know which yet [maybe 06 model]). In any case they are both really nice cars and I am having the hardest time deciding which one is better and which one I should get. I know everyone has different tastes but I am stuck exactly in between them.

The BMW has better performance than the Lexus
(I love how the BMW hugs the road on sharp turns!! Nice driving feel and excellent performance)

and

The Lexus has nicer interior luxury than the BMW
[Never driven it but I think it has a better navigation system than the BMW and it also has a backup cam + push start(droool)]

I would like your opinions please and tell me how and why which car is better according to your own individuals tastes and/or based on experience. ^^

I like the IS 250 better than BMW.

lexus brand was made to make people outside of japan think that it is a luxury brand when in japan they're all labeled toyota, so I'd choose bmw since I feel ripped off on lexus.

I think I'd go with the BMW. I like it because aside from it's luxury, most of the smaller cars like it's convertibles are built for speed if your into that. But then again, the Lexus is a good and promising brand as well. . .

i'd def go with the lexus. looks better imo and reliability is probably superior to the bmw.

i choose the lexus because of its reliability compared to the bmw 3 series

I totally agree with you. Lexus is a upgraded toyota but it is still very nice. but seems like more people like the lexus though.

mm i think i like the older version better i don't know why. and the m3 i hear has a lot of problems so when it comes to reliability i hear that lexus is really good

i heard performance wise, the is250 is slow. im not sure what the bmw 3 series is like though.

well if you plan on getting a daily driver i would suggest the lexus is250 awd then or just get the bmw with awd. the lexus is probably gonna be more reliable.although if you're leaning more towards performance with a name then bmw is the way. if u do get a bmw i suggest the 335i that thing is decievingly quick.
