A nurse comes out and says to the first husband, "Congrats, you have twins!"
The first husband jumps up and down in joy, saying "Hey, what a coincidence, I work at the Petronas Twin Tower (in M'sia) so I have twins as well!"

The same nurse comes out again, congratulating the second husband, "You've got triplets!"
The second husband realises as well and dances around, saying "Hell yeah! I work at the 3M Corporation. I like the movie 'The Three Musketeers' and now I've got triplets!"
---11 minutes passed---
The nurse comes out for the third time, a smile on her face, and tells the third husband that he's got quadruplets.
"This is meant to be! This is pure FATE I tell you! I work at the Four Seasons Hotel and am a fan of the Ninja Turtles!" he shouts, dancing around as if surrounded by confetti.
---several more minutes passed---
The fourth husband is still waiting for his wife, his forehead sweating furiously. "Hey, calm down man, it's gonna be okay," the other husbands tries to soothe him down. "Why are you so tense anyway?" they asks.
