Dang... didn't even realize her stomach was that HUGE... wow,,, where's all her stretch marks???

It has a lot to do with the clothes... Notice the shirt she's wearing... I don't think that's a maternity shirt that is why it barley cover her tummy and her coat as well...

Looks like she is wearing an empire-waist shirt. The wind probably just blew it up, making it look the way it does.
