Anyone Tried Wearing Slimming Leggings? ... that help "burn" calories as you walk?

Apparently, these leggings help you burn 625 kcl per hour just by walking.
Has anyone ever tried this? Of course you need to eat right and exercise, but maybe wearing these leggings help?
Thanks for any replies, and apologies if a topic like this has already been opened.

My gut reaction is that that number is severely exaggerated - like it's for a really heavy person walking really fast. I don't think an average person walking around on a daily basis will see much effect.

I know that wearing the leggings alone wouldn't help you lose a lot of weight, I'm asking people if they've ever tried it and helped with weight loss.

The ones I brought were $17... I think it's pretty cheap if it does what it says.

my legs are full of muscles will it work still?
but to your question, i'm not entirely sure. gimmicks like these are often exaggerated and don't really work like they say it does.

Yeah, I know. But the advertising seems to be EXTREMELY truthful... plus, it's made in Hong Kong (I think) with like this special material. Another soompier said that she tried it and she almost lost one inch off her waist in a week... plus, the seller is whitelisted a lot, so I'd doubt she lie.

then you can hardly breather and to walk you must exert twice as much effort because all ur muscles are squezzed into tiny bits
then as you stagger and huff and puff eventually you will lost weight
canyou post a pic?

its definately not as effective as i thought it would be. for many ppl that have used it and commented on it (on some taiwanese site i went on) said that it did not work for them AT ALL.
personally im not sure... mine did get a bit slimmer (i think... hopefully its not just mental satisfaction to myself...) BUT i also regularly do the FAMOUS raising-your-legs-90 degree thingy too... so im not sure which of the two is the one that works.. or if both...

The advertising company wouldn't be doing a good job if it seemed extremely untruthful.

i got a pair.. from taiwan..
and it did make my leg and thighs skinnier.... visual effect first... instantly slimmer, but i have worn it as much as i can and have found it is quite good... my legs definitely went slimmer, (more gap between my thighs!!! but my calf.. it is a bit big at the calf.. so there is nothing to squish the fat.... ), but maybe it is from my diet as well... not eating much fat and carbs these days....
so i dunno.... maybe i should try not wearing it and continue my diet and see if it works.. but i am wearing it... and maybe it just doesn't make me hungry and fuller easier.. coz mine is tight at the stomach area as well lol
